New sistem on topics,post and views

Salut, astazi am revenit cu un nou sistem la topicuri,postari si vizualizari.

Acest cod se baga in Panoul de Administrare -> Afisare -> Administrare culori -> Imagini -> Foaie de stil CSS si adaugati codul:
